Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your beauty curation, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on select items and full boxes. Please note that individual samples within the Allure Beauty Box cannot be returned separately.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account dashboard and select 'Order History' to find the specific box or item you wish to return, then click the 'Request Return' button.
- 2.Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your registered email address; simply print it and attach it to your original packaging.
- 3.Ship the Package
Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location, ensuring that all original contents and promotional materials are included inside the box.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
